See All ReviewsIf I could give zero, I would. I had a really disappointing experience at Victory Chicken. I asked them to hold my order because they didn’t accept Apple Pay or tap-to-pay. I made it clear I’d be back shortly to pay another way. But when I returned, they told me they had already sold my order! That’s completely unacceptable. It’s infuriating and shows a serious lack of respect for customers. Who does that? No courtesy at all. Just gone. This place clearly has no sense of customer service or values. Very unprofessional. Big thumbs down. If I could rate it zero stars, I absolutely would.
Ordered food with Dang one day in advance. They called me to inform me that the food was ready. To be fair, the pancit bihon, fried chicken and turon are excellent however, I ordered 2 chickens and was told there was only 1 left. I couldn’t understand how that could be since I ordered a day in advance. The food was for my birthday and I had guests. Though food is excellent, the customer service is bad.
Tita Dang (the owner), Kuya Mar and all of the workers are accommodating, friendly, always willing to go above and beyond ensuring that the food that you ordered is more than satisfying. Tita Dang makes the restaurant atmosphere and ordering experience very welcoming as if you’re coming from your aunt’s and uncle’s home ready to eat quality Filipino home cooking. The chicken afritada, pork menudo, and fried whole chicken are outstanding and are their specialties you won’t be disappointed at all! Family and I keep coming back for more when we’re hitting that crave! Thank you Tita Dang!
